The title of this post was inspired by several of my tweets to prospective clients.
I’ve said before that it’s common to find students on social media (namely Twitter) who are looking to pay/hire someone to do their Math homework or take their Math class. When these students post/tweet about their desire to hire an expert to do their Math work, they are often surprised at the extent to which they get flooded with messages from people (and bots) who are willing to do their Math assignments. Not surprisingly, almost all of the other course completion services had canned responses that (for the most part) sounded identical.
Because I was late to the party, I didn’t reply to the request. Instead I replied to a couple of tweets that said:
The bots for this are amazing…
These comments are gonna be the death of me
I replied with:
We really outchea. Tryna get that Math hw money ????
The hustle is real!

I figured that response would stand over the canned responses of the other course completion services (and it did; FWIW, the person replied with a “Like”). The hustle is indeed real. People all over the United States (and the rest of the world) are so fed up with pointless, tedious Math homework that they’d rather hire an expert to do it on their behalf. And I must say, I really dig the “hustle” so far. I plan on doing this for quite some time. I truly believe that we’re doing some good work at Finish My Math Class.
It is a bit of pain, however, to see all the me-tooism on social media from other so-called “course completion experts.” I find it so strange that people would all do the same thing and not try to display some personality or wit. Perhaps they’re onto something that I’m missing. But my common sense tells me otherwise.
